Here’s a quick list of a few things happening over the 4th of July weekend:
Zin-Dependence Celebration Weekend : Wine : Food : Music
11AM to 4:30PM, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Zin-dependence Celebration all weekend, at Bella Vineyards & Wine Caves in Dry Creek Valley. Tastings and food are $10.00 per person and complimentary for wine club members. Three days of new release wines, food and the Steve Pile Band will be playing bluegrass music (directions).
Friday : 04 July 2008 : Fireworks Show
9:30PM. Fireworks Show presented by the American Legion at Healdsburg High School. The fireworks show starts around 9:30PM and last for approximately 40 minutes. If you’re in town, you’ll see it. Heck, you’ll probably see it from the Alexander Valley. Suggested donation of $25 (directions).
Saturday : 05 July 2008 : Food : Music
10AM to 12PM. Mugnaini’s Wood-Fired Saturdays at Relish Culinary Center. Stop by the new center to see the oven fired up, ask questions and enjoy tastes of exquisite dishes fresh from the oven. Complementary wine tastes will be provided by Truett Hurst Winery. Free event (directions).

9PM. Palette Art Cafe presents Hand Me Down. Multilingual lyrics. Powerful, eclectic, acoustic rock-styled Reggae giving way to high powered Zouk rhythms interspersed with chants and folksongs. All accompanied by the incessant beat of drums and very palatable menu at Palette. (directions).
Sunday : 06 July 2008 : Event
9AM to 5PM. Weekend Antique Fair in Downtown Healdsburg’s Plaza Park. Free. Sponsored by Healdsburg Historical Society (directions).
